01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the emz777 platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the emz777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on emz777. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, emz777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bonus claims across those accounts, and withhold or return balances at its discretion in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

04 Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your emz777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. emz777 recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify emz777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. emz777 accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account details, provided that we have acted in good faith in processing transactions made using your valid credentials prior to receiving notice of any compromise.

4.3 Account Accuracy

All information associated with your emz777 account must be truthful and accurate at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations governing player fund protection.

4.4 KYC Verification

emz777 is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines to conduct Know Your Customer verification. 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

emz777 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Activity that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, collusion between players to claim the same bonus, use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or exploitation of a technical error — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6.4 emz777's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

emz777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players have active bonus balances with wagering requirements in progress, the remaining bonus balance and associated potential winnings may be voided at emz777's discretion, unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.

07 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games on the emz777 platform is subject to change without prior notice. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, game provider updates, or regulatory requirements. emz777 accepts no liability for any inability to access a specific game title during any period.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome or display of any game, emz777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account balance. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win or payout, emz777 is not obligated to honour that erroneous amount and will correct the balance accordingly. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all emz777 game titles.

7.3 Disconnection

emz777 is not liable for losses or missed wins resulting from a player's internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage during a game session. Where technically feasible, game sessions interrupted by disconnection may be resumed; however, emz777 does not guarantee session recovery across all game types.

08 Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Accepted Bets

Sports betting on emz777 covers Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) fixtures, NBA games, UFC events, international boxing, football (soccer), esports titles including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Dota 2, and other markets as published in the sportsbook. Bets are accepted only up to the time and conditions stated on the relevant market. emz777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion.

8.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds offered on emz777 are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and confirmed — as reflected in the player's bet slip confirmation — are the odds applicable to that wager. emz777 is not responsible for any odds discrepancy arising from a technical error in display, and reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneously published odds.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned under circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond a period specified in emz777's sportsbook rules, abandonment of a match, incorrect odds due to data feed error, or a determination by emz777 that the integrity of the market has been compromised. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned to the player's account.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on emz777 are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of an event (such as free throws in PBA or NBA games, or between rounds in UFC). Bets submitted during a market suspension may be rejected. emz777 reserves the right to settle all live bets based on official results from the relevant sporting body or data provider.

09 Responsible Gaming

emz777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the platform. The following tools and protections are available to all registered players through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their emz777 account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the emz777 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access another player's emz777 account without authorisation.
• Using the emz777 platform to launder money or conduct any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during the registration or KYC process.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an emz777 account.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at emz777 staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 emz777's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

emz777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where emz777 reasonably believes that: a player has breached these Terms and Conditions; a player's continued use of the platform poses a risk of harm to themselves, other players, or the platform's integrity; emz777 is required to do so by applicable law or a PAGCOR directive; or a player has provided false information during registration or KYC.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their emz777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by emz777 or by the player — all bonus balances, free bet credits, and promotional entitlements will be voided immediately. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the circumstances of the closure and applicable PAGCOR player fund protection rules.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, emz777's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their emz777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

emz777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the emz777 platform, even if emz777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit emz777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data

emz777 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data — including registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, and gameplay data — is governed by the emz777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on emz777 and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights of access, correction, and deletion in respect of your personal data held by emz777, subject to applicable legal retention requirements under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law.

14 Amendments

emz777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the emz777 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or a PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the emz777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 of these Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the emz777 customer support team to seek resolution of any complaint through our internal dispute resolution process. emz777 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint resolution procedures.
